In ottemperanza alla facoltà prevista dall'art. 55, comma 2, del D. Lgs. n. 150/2009 si provvede a pubblicare il codice disciplinare di cui all'art. 3 del CONTRATTO COLLETTIVO NAZIONALE DI LAVORO DEL PERSONALE NON DIRIGENTE DEL COMPARTO REGIONI E AUTONOMIE LOCALI QUADRIENNIO NORMATIVO 2006-2009 BIENNIO ECONOMICO 2006-2007. Sull'argomento si rimanda altresì all'art. 55 e seguenti del citato D. Lgs. n. 150/2009.
